Danielle L. Rosen was raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications. Ms. Rosen relocated to Washington, D.C. to work on Capitol Hill for Congressman Peter Deutsch representing the 20th District of Florida.
Ms. Rosen moved back to south Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 1998. Prior to joining Wagar Law, P.A., Ms. Rosen’s law practice focused on representing individuals in their group and individual disability and life insurance claims, including ERISA and individual cases. Likewise, at Wagar Law, P.A., Ms. Rosen’s practice focuses on representing individuals in their group or individual disability and life insurance claims at the administrative and litigation levels.
Ms. Rosen has been successful in handling both ERISA and non-ERISA claims in: negotiating lump –sum buyouts, pre-litigation settlements, administrative appeals, and litigation on behalf of clients with Bipolar disease, Cancer, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, cognitive disorders, Fibromyalgia, including Chronic Pain Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lumbar and Cervical Disc disease, Lupus, Ménière’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, among other debilitating mental and physical conditions. She has handled matters against a variety of insurance companies, including but not limited to: CIGNA, Genworth, Illinois Mutual, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Metlife”), Reassure America Life Insurance Company, The Hartford Insurance Company, UNUM, and third party administrators such as, Disability Management Services, known as DMS and Disability RMS.
Ms. Rosen is a member of The Florida Bar, the Southern, Middle and Northern District Court’s of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Rosen is also a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (“FAWL”) and the Florida Justice Association (“FJA”). |
